Ok forgot about this! So the story continues! I was offered this my a BMX bloke really cheap! so snapped it up! I added this shifter thought it looked better than the grifter shifter I was going to install! I bought some new bars and fitted them all together! First shake down ride. not all parts fitted but I couldn't wait! Infact lots not fitted. As it rode so well I took it on a ride out! Really enjoyed myself! Things have changed again but thats for another day!!

That's looking really good! Bit of a difference to the last time it appeared on the site as just a bare frame.
Loving the cow horns. What are they from - they don't look like the originals, or is it just my eyes? I remember everyone around my way fitting similar to their racers in the'80's, as they tried to give their bikes a fresh look.

Cow horns from E bay. not really happy with them. they may end up on her bike and I may find myself something more like the originals but bigger! I remember BITD racers with cow horns. always had buckled wheels as they were used off road more!!

was gonna ask why its got two levers, but i see chain enters both sides of the barrell. how does it work, what combo of levers i mean The right lever and right side of the hub is just like the 3 speed. 3 positions on the leaver = 3 gears! the left side is like a hi low 2 positions on the lever gives another 2 gears as 3rd is a common gear!
